After learning a little Russian from Greg and Melanie Hess, our missionaries in Alaska, the kids were dismissed to their classrooms to read about Samson in Judges 13-14 (Lesson #48). They learned that even though Samson did not grow up a godly man, God used him to deliver His people from the Philistines. God is always faithful to us, even when we are not faithful to Him. We are grateful that Jesus did not fall into sin like Samson, but was our perfect Redeemer!

Our memory verse this week is 1 Corinthians 10:31:

“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”
